Note: Natalie is currently accepting new patients.
Natalie is a warm, approachable and experienced Social Worker with over 20 years in the field, most of those spent supporting children, adolescents, and their families. She is known for creating a calm, child centred space where young people are willing to explore challenges in a manageable way and at their own pace.
Natalie works with children and adolescents experiencing pressures such as anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, self harm, family conflict, new diagnoses, and social or school based difficulties. Her approach is creative, practical, individualised and solution focused, with an emphasis on supporting a child’s wellbeing across home, school and community environments.
Alongside her work with young people, Natalie can partner with parents and caregivers. She helps families navigate developmental shifts, strengthen relationships, and make sense of clinical assessments in the context of everyday life. Drawing on skills based and emotion-focused strategies, parent education, trauma informed practice, and systemic advocacy, she supports families with diverse needs to build stability, resilience, and confidence.
Natalie understands the courage it takes to reach out for support. She is committed to providing a safe, inclusive environment where each child’s story is honoured – and where families feel supported, informed, and hopeful about the path ahead
