Registered Psychologist.
Note: Haylee is currently accepting new patients.
Haylee Johnson is a registered psychologist dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults find clarity and confidence through both therapy and evidence-based psychological assessments. She understands how difficult it can be to know whether behaviours, learning challenges, or emotional struggles are part of typical development or something more. Haylee works closely with individuals and families to look beneath the surface, providing clear guidance and practical strategies that support wellbeing and growth.
She completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Monash University and has experience supporting clients across the lifespan. Haylee has a particular interest in assessments for cognitive abilities, learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). She is passionate about making the assessment process calm and engaging, while ensuring clients and families feel supported with meaningful, actionable recommendations for school, home, and everyday life.
Alongside assessments, Haylee provides therapy drawing on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is especially experienced in supporting adolescents and adults with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, identity-related challenges, and addiction. Across all her work, she takes a person-centred, strengths-based approach, creating a safe and collaborative space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
